Hromadná změna stavu objednávek

V MySkladonu lze změnit stav více objednávkám najednou. 

Všechny objednávky musí být ve stavu, kdy jim lze měnit stav - viz tabulka v kapitole Stavy objednávek.

Tímto postupem lze v jednom kroku změnit stav jedné až maximálně sto objednávkám najednou.

1. V seznamu objednávek si vyfiltrujte objednávky, kterým chcete změnit stav
2. Označte jednu nebo více objednávek , kterým chcete hromadně změnit stav - zaklikněte check box na začátku řádku daných objednávek
   • Maximální počet označených objednávek je 100 - při zobrazení 100 řádků na stránce
   • Kliknutím na check box na začátku řádku s názvy sloupců se označí všechny objednávky na aktuální stránce
     
3. Všechny označené objednávky musí být v jednom ze stavů, kdy lze stav objednávce upravovat
   • Obdržena / Pre received
   • Nedostupné produkty / Product not available
   • Čeká na platbu / Waiting for payment
   • Chyba / Incorrect
   • Pozastavena / Suspended
   • Objednává se doprava / Waiting for shipment
   • Přijata / Received
4. Přes tlačítko ...Více možností klikneme na možnost Změnit stav objednávek
   
5. Otevře se nové okno Změnit stav objednávek s možností výběru stavu, do kterého chcete označené objednávky změnit
   
6. Stiskem tlačítka   Ok  změnu stavu pro označené objednávky potvrdíte a změny stavů jsou zpracovány (v historii označených objednávek bude záznam o změně) nebo stiskem tlačítka Zrušit změnu stavu objednávek zrušíte

Bulk change of orders status

In MySkladon, you can change the status of multiple orders at once.

All orders must be in a state where their status can be changed - see the table in the Order statuses chapter.

This procedure allows you to change the status of one to a maximum of one hundred orders at once in one step.

1. In the order list, filter the orders whose status you want to change
2. Select one or more orders for which you want to change the status in bulk - click the check box at the beginning of the row of the given orders
   • The maximum number of marked orders is 100 - when displaying 100 rows per page
   • Clicking the check box at the beginning of the row with column names will select all orders on the current page
3. All marked orders must be in one of the statuses where the order status can be edited
   • Pre received
   • Product not available
   • Waiting for payment
   • Incorrect
   • Suspended
   • Waiting for shipment
   • Received
4. Via the button ... More options, click on the option EChange order status
5. A new window Change order status will open with the option to select the status you want to change the marked orders to
6. Press the  Ok  button to confirm the status change for the marked orders and the status changes are processed (there will be a record of the change in the history of the marked orders) or press the Cancel button to cancel the change in the status of the orders
