E-shop <-> MySkladon

Různé platformy e-shopů mají různé možnosti synchronizace stavů objednávek.
Pokud vaše platforma e-shopu umožňuje synchronizaci stavů objednávek, vytvořte si prosím odpovídající stavy ve své administraci e-shopu a v MySkladonu nastavíme mapování tak, aby všechny procesy a změny stavů fungovaly správě.

Důležité jsou stavy Předobjednávka a Pozastaveno. Pokud je nemáte vytvořené ve své platformě e-shopu, nebudou v MySkladon pro váš e-shop správně fungovat - nebude je možné použít.

Níže naleznete diagramy pro nejběžnější platformy e-shopů, které znázorňují, jak funguje synchronizace stavů objednávek.

Shoptet

Platforma Shoptet umožňuje v administraci vytvořit libovolný počet stavů objednávek. Čtyři stavy jsou již vytvořeny defaultně (označené zeleným orámováním), ostatní stavy si prosím vytvořte v Shoptet administraci.

Shopify

Platforma Shopify umožňuje synchronizovat s aplikací MySkladon pouze tři stavy objednávek, jak je uvedeno v diagramu. 

Upgates

Platforma Upgates umožňuje v administraci vytvořit libovolný počet stavů objednávek. Čtyři stavy jsou již vytvořeny defaultně (označené zeleným orámováním), ostatní stavy si prosím vytvořte v Upgates administraci.

Baselinker (Base)

Platforma Baselinker (Base) umožňuje v administraci vytvořit libovolný počet stavů objednávek. Čtyři stavy jsou již vytvořeny defaultně (označené zeleným orámováním), ostatní stavy si prosím vytvořte v Baselinker administraci.

Synchronization of order statuses

E-shop <-> MySkladon

Different e-shop platforms have different options for order status synchronization.

If your e-shop platform allows order status synchronization, , please create the corresponding statuses in your store administration. We will then set up the mapping in MySkladon so that all processes and status changes work correctly

The statuses Pre-order and Suspended are important. If these are not created on your e-shop platform, they will not work correctly in MySkladon - they cannot be used.

Below you can find diagrams for the most common e-shop platforms, illustrating how order status synchronization works.

Shoptet

The Shoptet platform allows you to create any number of order statuses in the administration. Four statuses are already created by default (marked with a green border), please create other statuses in the Shoptet administration.

Shopify

The Shopify platform allows synchronization of only three order statuses with the MySkladon application, as shown in the diagram. 

Upgates

The Upgates platform allows you to create any number of order statuses in the administration. Four statuses are already created by default (marked with a green border), please create other statuses in the Upgates administration.

Baselinker (Base)

The Baselinker (Base) platform allows you to create any number of order statuses in the administration. Four statuses are already created by default (marked with a green border), please create other statuses in the Baselinker administration.
