ASN štítky pro fyzické označení příjmu zboží

Automaticky vygenerovaný ASN štítek slouží k fyzickému označení zásilky, která je avizována k příjmu na sklad (viz kapitola Příjem zboží). Pomáhá zjednodušit identifikaci příjmu zboží a zefektivnit jeho proces zpracování ve skladu Skladonu.


Stažení a označení příjmu ASN štítkem 

ASN štítek je automaticky vygenerovaný po vytvoření příjmu v aplikaci (viz kapitola Vytvoření virtuálního avíza manuálně) a je dostupný ke stažení kdykoliv (viz kapitola Editace a zrušení virtuálního avíza). Stažení probíhá dle následujícího postupu:


1. V sekci Příjem zboží klikněte na tlačítko Detail příjmu zboží na konci konkrétního řádku virtuálního avíza.


2. Ve středovém panelu aplikace se zobrazí okno Detail příjmu s ikonou ASN štítek v pravém horním rohu (vedle ikony Připomínky a Uložit).


3. Po kliknutí na ikonu dojde k zobrazení ASN štítku ve formátu PDF, které umožňuje jeho následné stažení do průzkumníku vašeho počítače.

4. Stažený štítek vytiskněte a viditelně nalepte na avizovaný příjem zboží.


Abychom mohli příjem zásilek na sklad zpracovávat rychleji a bez zbytečných zdržení, je pro nás klíčové, aby všechny příjmy byly fyzicky označeny vygenerovaným ASN štítkem.

Zároveň vás prosíme, abyste o této nutnosti informovali i své dodavatele – je žádoucí, aby štítkem avizovaný příjem zboží označili.

Pokud nebude zásilka označena ASN štítkem, může dojít k prodloužení zpracování příjmu.


Obsah ASN štítku

ASN štítek je ve formátu A4  a obsahuje následující informace:

  • dodavatel (automaticky doplněné na základě údajů zadaných při vytváření příjmu);
  • číslo ASN (například ASN-4629) a čárový kód pro naskenování;
  • základní informace o příjmu zboží (automaticky doplněné na základě údajů z příjmu);
  • celkový počet produktů a počet kusů;
  • adresu příjemce - distribuční centrum Skladonu;
  • instrukce

Generování ASN štítku na e-mail

ASN štítek je možné automaticky odeslat na požadovanou e-mailovou adresu ihned po vytvoření příjmu. Pro správné doručení štítku je nutné e-mailovou adresu vyplnit již při vytváření nového příjmu (viz Vytvoření virtuálního avíza manuálně).



Při vytváření nového příjmu je v sekci Dodavatel k dispozici pole E-mail pro zaslání ASN štítku. Po vytvoření příjmu se na zadaný e-mail automaticky odešle vygenerovaný ASN štítek ve formátu PDF.

ASN labels for physical marking of goods receipt

An automatically generated ASN label is used to physically mark a shipment that is announced for receipt at the warehouse (see the chapter Receivings). It helps to simplify the identification of receiving goods and streamline their processing in the Warehouse.


Withdrawal and marking of ASN reception with a label 

The ASN label is automatically generated after creating an receiving in the application (see chapter Creating a virtual requisition manually) and is available for download at any time (see chapter Editing and cancelling a virtual invitation). The download is done according to the following procedure:


1. In the Receiving section, click the Receiving Detail button at the end of a specific line in the virtual requisition.



2. The Receiving Detail window appears in the center pane of the application with the ASN label icon in the upper right corner (next to the Reminders and Save icons).



3. Click on the icon to display the ASN label in PDF format, which allows you to download it to your computer's explorer.

4. Print the downloaded label and visibly affix it to the announced receiving.


In order to process the receipt of shipments to the warehouse faster and without unnecessary delays, it is crucial for us that all receipts are physically marked with a generated ASN label.

At the same time, we ask you to inform your suppliers about this necessity - it is desirable that they label the announced receipt of goods.

Failure to label the shipment with the ASN label may result in a delay in processing the receipt.


ASN label content

The ASN label is in A4 format and contains the following information:

  • supplier (automatically completed based on the data entered when creating the receipt);
  • the ASN number (for example ASN-4629) and a barcode for scanning;
  • basic information on receipt of goods (automatically filled in based on receipt data);
  • total number of products and number of units;
  • the recipient's address - the Warehouse distribution center;
  • Instructions.

Generate ASN label to email

The ASN label can be automatically sent to the desired email address immediately after the receipt is created. To ensure that the label is delivered correctly, you must fill in the email address when you create a new receiving (see Creating a virtual requisition manually).



When creating a new receiving, the Email for sending ASN label field is available in the Supplier section to send the ASN label. After the receiving is created, the generated ASN label in PDF format is automatically sent to the specified email.
